Bonnie grew up in the gritty inner city of Chicago where she quickly recognized the benefits of a quality education. During her upbringing, she learned the value of making quick and accurate situation assessments as well as the importance of forging strong relationships and alliances. Working hard in school, she ultimately earned a scholarship to Roosevelt University, where she majored in business, She later earned an MA from the University of Arizona. Bonnie continues to bring this real-world in-the-trenches experience to bear in her work with individual and corporate clients. Her business experience includes company startups, sales, sales management, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and leading teams across several Johnson & Johnson operating companies and HealthPoint Pharmaceuticals. She consistently delivered sales and profit growth to targeted managed care organizations and integrated health care delivery systems. While at Johnson & Johnson, Bonnie was integral in the startup of two new Central European business opportunities, forging the operational structure of the sales, marketing, infrastructure development, product management, and product sourcing of both entities. As an adjunct advisor at the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, and the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, Bonnie has participated in several Women’s Leadership programs and maintains office hours for individual and group student counseling. She has developed a word-of-mouth following and frequently speaks to standing room only groups. Bonnie is also a wife, mother, gourmet cook, fitness advocate, and a PSIAA Certified Ski Instructor. |
